Privacy notice

If you use the contact form on this site, the information you provide (name, email address, and message) is sent to me via Netlify Forms solely so I can read and reply to your enquiry. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.

Submitted messages are stored in my Netlify account and retained only as long as needed to respond to you. You can ask for your message to be deleted at any time by emailing christine.bates@mail.co.uk.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you have concerns about how your data has been handled.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. It loads typefaces directly from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch the font files — this shares standard technical information such as your IP address with Google, but no cookies are set on this site as a result.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Netlify, which also processes contact form submissions on my behalf. See Netlify's own privacy policy for details of how they handle data as a hosting provider.
